I am a Personal Trainer working with clients throughout North and East Yorkshire helping people achieve their own aims and goals from losing weight and body fat, running a marathon or being fit enough to keep up with their children or grandchildren!
I established Fit4Life 15 years ago. I offer personal training, assessed and created specifically for you. I have a wealth of experience in the health and fitness industry and the progression from nursing to personal training 20 years ago has created a business with a foundation of knowledge to meet your individual needs.
